Emma is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work.

Emma strives to build relationships based on trust, compassion, and connection. Emma has training and experience working with individuals, children, youth, families, and women in the prepartum/peripartum stages of pregnancy. Emma’s interest and experience are primarily in the areas of depression, anxiety, ADHD, parenting, attachment, emotional regulation, and trauma.

In practice Emma uses multiple modalities to meet her clients needs. These modalities include: Attachment Therapy, Circle of Security, Narrative Therapy, Parent Child Coaching, Theraplay, Play Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness/self-reflection approaches.
